Dr. Lance Morgan of California's Marine Conservation Institute discusses the daunting challenging work of saving our oceans. Human activities are threatening biodiversity loss at an unprecedented scale. We are now faced with the challenge to stop the existential threat of mass extinction before it's too late. The global Ocean Refuge System (GLORES) is a new, strategic initiative of the Marine Conservation Institute, to maintain the biodiversity in our oceans.
