"Voices for Dignity" by Pivot Legal Society   (2013; 4.5 min)
For years Pivot Legal Society, Sex Workers United Against Violence, and the PACE Society have been fighting for the rights of sex workers. That fight led to intervening in the Bedford case at the Supreme Court of Canada in June of 2013, and on December 20th, 2013 the Supreme Court of Canada released their historic decision.

"Canada’s New Prostitution Laws Explained with Toys" by John Richardson  (2014; 1.5 min)
John and Sally get busted for prostitution by a police officer who tries to explain the new law. This film uses lego figurines to show the contractions and inconsistencies in the new Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act. Made for the National Post.

"Singalong for Canadian Sex Workers" by Jody Paterson  (2014; 6 min)
A group in Victoria, B.C., gather to sing a song in recognition of a population of Canadian workers who are being denied human and civil rights, not to mention a safe place to work, as a result of the Canadian government's 2014 decision to criminalize the purchase of sexual services for the first time in Canadian history.

"Every Ho I Know Says So" by Lusty Day and Jackson  (2010; 9 min)
This film, which was made by Canadian sex workers and includes short interviews with sex workers in North American and Australia, is a response to the lack of resources for people looking for advice on how to be a good partner to a sex worker. Sex workers themselves have valuable advice and direction to give their partners.

"Scarlet Road: A Sex Worker’s Journey" (2012; 55 min)
Impassioned about freedom of sexual expression, Australian sex worker Rachel Wotton has become highly specialized in working with clients with disabilities. Rachel’s philosophy, that human touch and sexual intimacy can be some of the most therapeutic aspects to our existence, is making a dramatic impact on the lives of her clients, for example Mark and John. Both have nothing but praise for her talents.
