Small changes = Big differences! Attend our Healthy Lifestyles Group and find out what works for you. Incorporating activity and healthy eating habits into your lifestyle has many positive health benefits. This group will run every Friday from 12-1 p.m. Even though the group has already started, we welcome new comers! Sessions are tailored to the group's interests so everyone can benefit.
