Memorial University’s Faculty of Medicine is hosting a public exhibition of Professor of Anatomy Dr. Shakti Chandra’s magnificent collection of anatomical specimens created for teaching. Entitled “Body Works,” the exhibition is an opportunity for visitors to view real bones and organs and appreciate the connectedness of the human body. There will be stations featuring artificial joints, healthy and damaged lungs, a heart with a coronary bypass, a cirrhotic liver and whole bodies on display. Free admission.
