Memorial's meditation program will begin Wednesday, Oct. 7, but with a new layout this semester. The first 15 minutes will be mindfulness and the last 30 will be meditation! Completely free to attend and will run Monday-Friday from 12-1 p.m. The week of Oct. 7 will be held in UC-6011, but after this point it will be held in the MUNSU Council Chambers.
